Our Services
Services are designed to meet the physical and emotional needs of each individual receiving services, to provide protections, guidance, and supervision, and to meet the objectives of the individual’s plan for support.
Sponsored Residential
Sponsored Residential homes are owned and operated by providers who desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities that receive services. Individuals are carefully matched to a family wishing to open their home to provide care and compassion. Providing sponsored residential services is a significant commitment with significant rewards. For individuals receiving services, living in a sponsored residential home provides them the opportunity to live in a family environment that fosters relationships while living in their community.
Group Homes
CCSS group homes are owned and operated by providers licensed with our agency. Individuals are carefully matched to a group home based on several factors, and ultimately, the choice of the individual. Group homes strive to provide a positive, supportive, and uplifting environment. Individuals living in group homes receive routine supports related to activities of daily living, preparing meals, shopping, managing finances, communication, housework, using public transportation, restaurant dining, participating in social and recreational activities, and so much more.
Community Engagement
Community Engagement services offer individuals the opportunity to become involved in their local community. Our program uses the community as a teaching tool to further enhance an individual’s quality of life. Individuals have many choices to meet, socialize, and volunteer while participating in this program. Through these events, they foster new friendships and for lasting connections within their local surroundings.
