Our group homes strive to provide a positive, uplifting, and choice of environment. Our experienced providers work with individuals receiving services to make meals in the kitchen, help feed and care for pets, gather for games, crafts, music, and more. They plan and are regularly involved in events in their community. We encourage everyone to live physically and socially active lifestyles. We regularly organize experiences together including trips to fun and exciting locations and shopping excursions, and many others depending on the season and interests. Community Connection Support Services works hard to encourage personal growth and achievement.
